A former fashion designer and three-time Designer of the Year, she has spent 15+ years across fashion, retail, and entrepreneurship and has worked with 2,000+ fashion brands in New York and Paris. Alise has been recognized by Forbes among leading female entrepreneurs and featured in 300+ global publications, including Vogue, WWD, and ELLE. She is also part-time faculty at Parsons School of Design in New York and teaches at IÉSEG School of Management in Paris, bridging fashion, entrepreneurship, and commercial strategy.
